I just got this iPAQ a few days ago. its a hx2490. i configured the hp ProtectTools so that i need to enter a 4 digit pin whenever i turn it on. However, when i turn it on the screen wont respond and i can't enter my pin, therefore rendering my new iPAQ completely useless. (although i have been looking for a new paperweight ) Any help would be appreciated.
