I don't understand what is going on with my 8125. I cannot hear anything when i m in a conversation with somebody but that person can hear me perfectly.. and the 2 speakers on the side works as well.. and when i attach my headphones or use a bluetooth i can hear in the conversation.. Something is wrong with the speakers i use when i am talking on the phone.. is there a way i can fix this? My friend suggests that i call cingular and get a new phone but i don't want to go thru all those procedures if i can fix this myself..
If someone can help me with this, thank you very much..
p.s. the volume on the phone and in call is set to high and i have also tried lower volume as well, it's still the same results.
Thank you

i've had similar problems with my cing 8525 where i couldn't hear anything but other line can. The strange thing is that it only occurs with vonage users when i initiate the call & at times when i recieve calls during net surfing. The commonality between the two appears to deal with net usage.
