Question Wizard Headset Jack pinout

Hi all.
Anyone on the group know the pin out for the Wizard's headset jack? I am trying to interface it with my Autocomm audio system on my motorcycle so I can us the cell phone and GPS when I am out and about. When I use the cable that I bought (2.5m 4 pole plug) that should work with this, I hear audio ok but the microphone doesnt work. I am thinking that HTC did not use a standard wiring convention for the jack, so I may have to rewire my audio cable to make it all work.
Any input would be appreciated. My next test will be to buy a 4 pole plug and do some tests using it to see if I can figure out what is what.
Thanks in advance,
Frank K in Pa.
