Call waiting (rw6828) no ringing!! HELP

Anyone,

Since I migrated from a Nokia phone to my iPaq rw6828, if someone calls me and I am already on a phone call, rather than getting a ring tone, all they get is nothing, thats right nothing at all - until I answer or they go to my voicemail.

The loss of caller ID on forwarded calls was bad enough, this is terrible.

Now this cant be a network thing, as same SIM, same Network same everything bar the phone.

This is a major issue for me, can anyone offer any advice?

You're right. This sucks. I'll see if I have the same problem.

Have you worked out how to get the phone to both ring and vibrate?

It's almost as though these people have never had any experience with programming a phone before.
