I currently have a tmobile sidekick 2 and have become addicted to using the internet during downtime. I've gotten tired of xhtml though and want to upgrade to something better. I really just need a phone/mp3 player/ internet browser. It would be awesome to run nes/ snes emulators. Also google mobile maps looks nice. Would you all recommend staying with tmobile and getting the mda, or going to cingular when the 8525 comes out? Google says tmobile usa doesn't support GMM.
Stay far away from the mda. The feel and buttons on it are way to uncomfortable. The 8125 is the mda, but alot more comfortable. If you want somehting more powerful wait for the 8525.
Ok, so I think tmobile mda isn't my option. I think ill wait for the u.s. 8525. Called cingular and the guy said they're comming out with it in the next 2 or 3 weeks. Cingular seems to be more expensive than tmobile however.. Anybody know if an 8525 with tmobile service would have gps functions for things like map/direction software? So if people can overclock the 8125 and play snes games with mediocre sound I can expect to be able to play them well on a 8525? Emulators, music, internet, and videos while at work will make up most of my usage on this device if I get it.
