Hi guys... just a note to let you know that T-Mobile is replacing my phone due to an intermittent audio failure during phone calls... at first I thought it was a T-Mobile problem, but when it was happening all over NYC, I realized it must be my phone...
According to the techs I spoke to, this is not a normal problem, and it took us about 2 days and a SIM card replacement to get to the bottom of the problem (you know how hard it is to pinpoint the problem with intermittent failures). At the end, I simply made use of the speaker phone to allow the tech to hear (and not hear) the way the audio faded, and sometimes cut out... :-/
So... in about a week I should be getting the replacement MDA...
Take care, all! and remember that T-Mobile techs actually do replace phones that stop working! Lucky me, the PC part of the phone is working just fine, so I can still read my scifi ebooks!
