Which one is the best quality PDA phone+GPS?

I want to buy a PDA phone with built-in GPS. Could you please guide me which brand is the best quality and where can I buy.Right now I live in Malaysia and Bangkok (Thailand ) due to nature of my work.
Kindly guide me retailers of around my areas also.
