i have the 8125 and I dled agile messenger for it but whenever i receive a message from a friend it comes out in symbols or nothing at all, i can never read the message. itll looke like [] [] etc... can anyone help me with this?

It sounds like a font/character recognization problem (obviously) and this is what an Agile customer support rep said:
"Please try to set the 'charset conversion' in the preferences. It affects received messages (messages sent from some clients only, e.g. Trillian ) and the list is based on charsets installed in your mobile."
