need Help! H3850

Hello Everyone,

I got a little problem with my Ipaq H3850... The plug for the Headphone is Hella loose when I plug them and ain't working!! the speaker isn't working too! when I play around a little with the headphones jack its working a little but only when I hold it and put pressure on the side!!!?? So I wish someone could tell me what could I do!

I opened it, took a look inside but couldn't see the place where you plug them cuz it's behind all the electronics thing! lol and I didn't want to fucked every thing up! Any one got a guide on how to open it or something!

plz help me!!

Hi simon_pascald - sounds like hardware issue and it will probably be best if you contact Tech Support for repair. In this case, I wouldn't tamper with the wires so that you don't compromise any coverage that you might have on the device.

alright! but I already sent an email to HP tech support a week ago and still no answer :S! I know PDAsmart.com repair Ipaq but its gonna cost me a sh*tloads of money so I dont know what to do??!!

Why dont you try calling them? With email you never know when your going to get a response.
