T-Mobile MDA without a Windows PC - Am I screwed?

OK folks, extreme newbie here. Started a new job with great perks, my new MDA is on the way. It's my first Smartphone, I'm looking forward to it, but I have what looks like a major problem: I'm a Mac user! Didnt really expect it to be much of an issue, until the release of the Updated software this morning. Obviously a Windows phone and a Mac wont play nice together, so does anyone have any advice/recommendations on how to get software onto the phone? Thanks!!

Welcome Taypo!
You can use Missing sync 2.5 so that you can sync your MDA to your Mac, try to search it here, there are some post about it.
