Okay my phone came with a storage card, but it says not installed how do i install it, cuz i need the memory. I don't think the phone is reading the card at all, its the one from the factory. I have tryed to pop it back in and stuff, noting. I have done a soft reset, nothing. Plz dont' tell me i need hard reset.
Have you tried your card on another PDA or card reader, because it might be the card that have the problem. If its working fine. Then thats the time you might want to Hard reset your PDA.

Guys: just make sure you try out your card in a "compatible" device (Windows to Windows, palm to palm, motorola to motorola, etc) because some phones have a proprietary format that is unreadable in other units... specially those that don't connect directly to your PC...
