Hey pple this is my first thread but a rather serious one. I bought a IPAQ rx3119 from a pawn shop and everything worked fin but the headphone jack(only right channel plays), someone had already opened the unit so i figured since the warranty was already shot i'd see what the problem was. i looked inside the jack and found one of the pins was bent but after tryin to straighten it my internal speakers stopped working and i still only heard sound from the right channel. can anyone help me?????
the contacts in the headphone jack should be touching in order for the internal speecker to work. have you looked for a balance option in your settings file.
Thanks. I opened the unit and made the pins touch and what do you know...IT WORKED!!! Now i can boast at work again . but as far as the headphones, i checked the balance and it was even so that is still an issue.
