I am just having to send my HX4700 back to HP to have a problem with the sound fixed on it.
Which i am not happy about.
I use my PDA on a daily basis, either the sat nav, or to do letters / estimates while i am on the move in the UK doing my job.
If you pay over £400.00 for a SO CALLED BUSINESS PDA should you have to send it back to be fixed during the warranty period, without an exchange device being supplied.
Why should you have to buy a HP care pack to have a next day exchange device.
If a PDA is aimed at the business sector surley this type of problem should be covered in the standard warranty because of the possible issues of loosing the device for 5 days or so.
Could you be without your device for 5 days or so ??????
Comments please.
