I have the iPAQ 5555 and it has the built-in wireless network card. I had installed the new update (I believe it was the ROM update which also had a wireless enhancement or update, but I can't remember when; it's been a while) and there was no problems. Everything had been working fine. I even installed a wireless router on my desktop and the pocket pc picked up the network fine. Lately I haven't really used the wireless on the ppc, but now when I turn it on, it says that it's on, but the green light doesn't flash showing that it's on and I doesn't pick up any networks like it usually does. What can I do to fix this? I appreciate your help.

Thanks for being so quick. When I go to the connections>network card, the only think it brings up is "Configure Network Adapters". It doesn't give me the option where I could choose the router or any other network to connect to, like I was able to at one time. That's the way it always was when the card wasn't on. Now, even though I'm turning it on, it's as if it's not on. I hope I'm making a little sense. Thanks for your help.

Okay, how do you normally turn on your WiFi card? Is it a software app or a button? If it is a button, it is quite possible that the button has been reset by the install of a different application to something new. Therefore when you go to start the WiFi service by pushing the button nothing would happen. Go into settings> personal> buttons and make sure that the button you are using to start your WiFi card is mapped to the correct application.
