Looks sort of big and bulk-ity, but toshiba has a solution for getting a Hard disk drive to work in a SD slot of a Pocket PC. Their .85-inch hard drive sort of rides outside of the device and connects via the SD internals. "It's obviously not quite ready to go into production, but Toshiba is showing off one of its 0.85 inch hard drives... not exactly inside an SDIO card, but more like glued on-top-of. That promises two potential options: a hard drive in SD form-factor, as PDALive proposes or an SDIO version of the hard drive where the drive sticks out of the top (or side) of a device. "
