Ahhh fasion is in the eyes of the beholder, or so they say. This is a different look and I guess in the colder months it may be appealing to some folks. Wouldn't see it on my head though.
It might be more acceptable if the style were compatible with one of the ScottEvest products.
Another thought - There are a lot of people who look as if they are talking to themselves when they use their cell phone. This could help conceal the cell phone even more leaving more to wonder about the psychological health of the person standing next to them.

I have one of those bluethooth Jabra headsets and my son asked me the other day if when I used it if I thought other people think I am talking to myself? I said. "yeah..I do wonder that." but didn't know what else to say. Your post indicates I am not the only one who thinks about this...
