I don't have an iPaq but have had good luck with Socket CF cards for other devices.

I have a SanDisk Wi-Fi card for my iPAQ 2215. Works fine. They come with and without extra RAM; mine is without, just Wi-Fi.
However, they apparently will only support WEP on their CF card, while they support WPA on their SDIO card. Since I have both slots, for me the SDIO would apparently have been a better choice. With only a CF card, as long as you can live with WEP it's a good card, and fairly inexpensive.
