Source of tech help on Casio E125 problem?

What is a good source (e.g., Web site, forum, etc.) to get help on a problem I am having with a Casio Cassiopea E125 pocket pc? I can't get any help on Casio's site.

Problem is intermittent power-on. Sometimes, I power-on the PPC (using the power switch) and moments later, the PPC just turns off. More often, (repeatedly) pressing the power switch will not turn on the PPC. Moving the Lock switch (on the unit back) back and forth sometimes results in normal power-on but I don't really know if that corrects the problem or it is coincidence. When normal power-up is restored, the PPC will go for quite a few days or weeks with normal power-up operation but the problem can recur any time.
I have tried reseating the battery and have checked its contacts. The battery is fully charged. I have not installed any utility software. I have checked the auto-power off setting and it is set for 5 minutes.
The PPC is a Casio Cassiopea E125.
