Hello all-
I am new to this forum but I've been fiddling with my pocket pc for just shy of a year now. I have a Dell Axim X5 (400 MHZ) and I want to know what the best/most cost effective way to get remote internet access would be.
My plan:
Run a Remote Access Server (RAS) from home and dial in using my Motorola T721 GSM Phone as my modem.
My concerns/questions:
- Is this even possible???
-What hardware will I need?
-Do I need a digital phone card? Where do I get one?
-Is there a vendor who sells an all in one package with the cables and hardware needed to run this set up?
-Is anyone else out there running this type of set up?
Finally, is there a more effective way to do this? What type of setup are you running? How do you like it?
Thanks for your help!!!
