Asked earlier about a CF modem. Went on SOcket's web page and see they have a wireless "Bluetooth" modem. They say your PPC needs to be Bluetooth enabled. Is my Toshiba E755 with WIFI?
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are the same only in that they are both wireless.
With what you are talking about here...No, they are not the same.
I'd check out the two following sites if I were you... http://www.bluetooth.com/ http://www.wi-fi.com/OpenSection/index.asp
These two sites are informative and after just a few minutes of perusing them, you should have a solid idea of both and their differences.

Just some food for thought...
Your e755 has WiFi built in. You might want to consider spending the money you'd use for a CF modem to get a WiFi router or WiFi dongle (that would attach to a connected Laptop, etc.)
Where do you want to connect mainly? If it's in a hotel room, many hotels have WiFi available on site. If it is in your house, you might be much happier to go the wifi route than a modem connection.
