As growing numbers of users add home Wi-Fi products to their home networks, it is probably important to note that Microsoft is Discontinuing WiFi Products. They will, however, continue to support existing products under warranty and is being sold off of store shelves. "Products like the Microsoft Wireless Notebook Kit will still be sold and supported, a Microsoft representative said, and Microsoft will continue to honor its warranties. But stocks of the entire 802.11g wireless product line, consisting of a basestation, notebook adapter, PCI card, and USB adapter will not be replaced once they leave store shelves, she said."
