WebCamera For PPC

Hey Everyone,
Does anyone know if there is a webcamera out there that would work w/ my HP 2215? I have a CF camera for it. I didn't know if that would work. I guess it might. I don't know. I guess I am also looking for some kind of software that would allow me to use the camera for VIDEO conferencing / Video instant messaging. If that's even possible. I plan on using this with a Wi-Fi connection. I was hoping to use this software with my PPC:

Any information is appreciated.
Thanks!
