hey all they got on me about the software hacks and I like this site so im done. But check this out you can make you own voice tones and download them as .wav files. the site also works on mobiles AT&T Labs Text-to-Speech: Demo
p.s. you can make a ringer for each contact. In contacts pick one and hit edit contact and select ringer
