Hi, I can't seem to find too many 8125 game downloads on the web. Does anyone have any good links. I would like card games mostly, but will look at everything.
Thanks,
Chuck
Hi, I'm really new at the pocket pc. I've been a Treo user. Can someone advise me on the correct way of downloading some of these freeware games. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.
hello i have the 8125. i just downloaded the snes emulator to my desktop. what games can i play using this emulator?where can i find them? thanx....paqman
ROMs are the way that software for the SNES is distributed. The emulator will allow your device to run them. You need both the emulator and the ROM for a game to play that game. The posted link gives you a site to download some SNES ROMs that you can put on your device and run using the emulator you installed.
In addition, you should be able to run most WM games without a problem on your 8125, though the screen may be a little small to give good display on some.
hey i went on the free roms.com and for whatever reason they wont allow me to download the castlevania rom.whenever i click on it it ask me to keep voting.
anyone know where i can get a N64 emulator for a cingular 8125? or any other emulator for it? i've found emulators, and tried one, but it didnt work. I"m guessing i need a special pocket pc emulator? thanks for the help.
i was just wondering exactly how do you get the emulator onto the 8125 because i have everything i need but i dont know how to put them on.... need help or a tutorial
I doubt you'll find an N64 emulator for pcc, and if you do, theres no way a 195mhz pda will be fast enough to run it.
If freeroms.com is giving you trouble try another site. There are hundreds of rom sites on the internet.
Theres 2 ways to install the emulators/roms to the 8125. First via activesync -> explore -> copy the roms somewhere on the 8125. Like maybe create a folder called 'nesroms'. If the emulator is in a setup.exe run that on desktop to install it. If its a stand-alone .exe just copy it to the 8125 and run it. If its a cab file, same thing, copy it to 8125 and double tap on it to install. Lastly, you might have a minisd card, pop it a card reader and transfer files over.
umm.. also... does anybody have trouble with the freakin 8125 (or any ppc) buttons being difficult to play with for the emulators... check this out....
i dont have it myself, but i might... if anybody has it lemme know how it works.
03-31-2007 05:25 PMRTFMYep. I have no problems with snes9x on my 8125.
I can't seem to get snes9x to work on my 8125. It didn't load through Activsync so I placed it directly on the 8125 and ran it, and it said this program isn't a valid pocket pc application.
I also tried installing PocketSNES 1.12.200 ARM and no luck. It said it wasn't a win32 application or something like that.
Any ideas on how to get an snes emulator working on my 8125?

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to change the emulation orientation? I want to play it when the phone (8125) is open and use the keyboard. i use the PocketNester emulator.
Ok just slide open the keyboard enough to use the keys but not to change orintation, but as far as I know you cant play in landscape mode.
