Sony will launch a new hand-held PlayStation consule which would be equipped with a wireless LAN that enables users to play games together and download game characters within a close area, Reuters reports. Sony has not set a price for the PSP, a multi-media unit that also plays movies and music, but analysts expect it to sell for YEN 19,000-YEN 30,000 (EUR 141.15 - EUR 222.87) Sony wants to compete with Nintendo's Gameboy SP. This new handheld could also compete with Nokia's upcoming N-gage which supports Bluetooth.
