Addic writes: I've just noticed that Handmark have officially released an update to Warfare Incorporated making this release 1.2 This top class Real Time Stratedy (RTS) game now includes Multiplayer functionality for between 2-4 players via either a bluetooth or wifi connection.
This is the first RTS game to offer cross platform multiplayer gaming. Yup you can play WFI on your PPC against your friends who have Palm devices.
Fancy having a go at your own games, no problem a desktop positioned level designer is included as are links to some original maps designed by fans of the game.
Having reviewed the original WFI and beta tested the multiplayer function of WFI for spiffcode, I can tell you first hand that this game rocks.
I would suggest that the Command and Conquer, even the Warcraft series of games (especially as their ONLY on the pc had better start looking over their shoulder coz there's a new team in town and they kik @rse. Purchase or try a demo of WFI Here It's priced at £29.99 and just as a novelty it's worth every penny (IMHO).
