While winning is always fun, winning the title of "Carrier with most expensive cellphone bill" is probably something you shouldn't be flaunting around. According to new research conducted by OECD, the citizens of the US, Canada, and Spain come out as 1-2-3 when it comes to how expensive their cellphone bills are.
Bills were categorized by three tiered usages. mid-range being 780 mins per year of voice calls, and 600 SMS. For that amount, people in the USA paid about $635, while Spain was just over $500.
The countries with the lowest phone bills include the Netherlands and Sweden, where that same usage runs about $130. AMAZING.
