AT&T increases 3G Network Speeds

AT&T has finished completing upgrades to its HSPA 3G network. The upgrades increase the uplink and downlink transfer speeds for data. During real-world conditions, LaptopConnect users cane expect downlink speeds between 700kbps to 1.7mbps. AT&T 3G network is currently available in 275 markets in the US, and they plan to ad 75 more markets by the end of 2008.

does anyone know the 75 cities they plan to add? i googled but basically just found same article stating 75 cities to be added.

yeah it does seem faster. i was using my 8125 to connect to the internet with my laptop and it work but was pretty slow. With the 8925 tilt when im in a 3G area its pretty quick.

With respect to HSPA 3G Network speed is good.
