While the PMP (portable mp3 player) world has been overrun with nanos or zunes, you maybe surprised to find that most every major (and sometimes not too major) electronics company has its own take on a mobile music device.
In the spotlight now, would be Samsung's YP-P2. The device, shown to the right, was released as a major competitor to the iTouch (for its touch screen capability)but may have been swamped under Apple's superior marketing. However, upon further review of the device, one would find that it boasts a myriad of amazing features, including amazing software overhauls and updates from Samsung.
In a most recent development with Samsung, in their constant search for customer satisfaction (claim remains to be proven), has called upon several user bases for their desired changes on yet another update for its device.
Cool beans! So for any of you that are interested in improving this product, your suggestion may be the next implementation, or next primary standard on which a new product is designed upon entirely!
For those interested, Engadget has a small thread of suggestions for the YP-P2 going here, as well as links to the other devices if you look around....
