The supreme overlord of internet search engines, Google, has released a down-loadable plug-in for Windows Mobile users, that will allow use of Google Search directly from your PDA's 'desktop'.
This is should not be news to Blackberry users who have had this plug-in available to them since December, but for the rest of us it could revolutionize the way we live...
Imagine, you're on a hot date, and while conversing, s/he busts out with one of those SAT words! What will you do? What can you do?
Now with the new Google search plug-in, you could gently interrupt with a, "oh, why this is a business text! I need to respond to it!" and run a quick google search for its definition!
I can't count the number of times that I, out of embarrassment for not knowing my vocabs, pointed to something in the sky and booked it in the other direction.
Now that "users are able to get Google search results up to 40 percent faster", you will never need to know such social disgrace.
Oh, the shame I feel burning in my eyes, trickling down my cheeks every time I remember.
If only I had a plug-in that would have eliminated my need to find the browser application, and navigate to google...
For those interested in downloading the plug-in, "browse to mobile.google.com on your device to download the plug-in and start searching faster than ever."
