No no no, Microsoft didn't buy Adobe or anything, but indeed, they did get some help from Adobe.
Even though Micorosft just adobed Silverlight for its mobile division, it's still not done with the flash-esques work. Adobe and Microsoft just joined hand by licensing straight Flash from Adobe. The availability for the newest addition to the family is still unclear, because it'll be confirmed later by Adobe. It'd probably be almost everything that runs Windows Mobile.
That's just me though. It's sure kind of late for Flash to jump ship, but it definitely will help Windows Mobile and giving some cool function to play with. Oh, and using that to tell Apple lovers that they still don't have a Flash player support
