If you ask me, the title is a little bit misleading. I guess I want to see how many people will actually be brave enough and click on the "read" link. The article is actually about something else.
Similar to what I just wrote. Virgin Mobile decided to use Eliot Spitzer as their example for their new campaign. The campaign is just simply saying that they'll take care of their customers. They'll take care of you. They'll treat you like a person, not a number. Number 9 in particular.
The advertisement simply just says "At Virgin Mobile, you are more than just a number. When you call us we'll treat you like a person, not a client. Whether you're #9 or #900, you'll get hooked with somebody who'll finally treat you just how you want to be treated." Not only the ad is giving a below-the-belt on Spitzer, but it's kind of... full with imagination for many ... men.
Anyway, it's nothing related to the smartphone arena, but it's definitely interesting to see if we'll see some kind of lawsuit happening. You can see the full ad on Engadget, or search on the web.
