Across 20 of India's major cities, plans have been announced for the grand opening of 60 apple iStores.
All 60 stores plan to exclusively sell the full apple product line, and expect to be up and running within the next 18 months.
It will be interesting to see how this business move by Apple will pan out, as the asian mobile communications market has been developing independently, and in certain areas more rapidly than our own.
This maybe the spark that ignites rapid growth, allowing the market to compete at a global scale.
