The long wait is over. Finally, Alltel is rolling out a new coverage of their 3G in South Dakota. Not to mention that Alltel is the first one to roll out that service in the state!
Alltel announced that they have been extending their EV-DO network to new locations. Those locations included: Aberdeen, Brookings, Huron, Mitchell, Pierre, Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Yankton and Watertown.
The service will cost at $60 per month for an unlimited access use.
Other than the coverage of the new accessible 3G fast access, Alltel subscriber will be able to use their 3G services, such as Axcess TV and XM radio from Alltel.
Finally, some service providers do care about people outside of the major city areas!
I'm sure the hook-up between Alltel and HTC Touch will have a brighter future in S. Dakota now.
