Microsoft Will Not Compete With iPhone

This is a good news to almost everyone! Microsoft is saying that they'll not focus on making a device to compete with the iPhone, but rather, they'll just keep on focusing on making a better softwares.

That came from Mr. Gates himself. In an interview, Bill Gates made it clear that they will not launch a product that directly competes with the Apple's iPhone after the speculation came out when the Windows Movile 7's screenshots was captured.

The quote from Mr. Gates says "We have partnerships with a lot of device manufacturers from Samsung to Motorola and this variety brings us significantly more than if we would make our own mobile phone".

The reason I said this is a good news to almost everyone are because:
1. Apple won't have to worry and keep on bashing Microsoft
2. Apple fanboi won't have to keep on bashing Microsoft
3. HTC and other manufacturers will not have to worry on its partnerships with Microsoft
4. We, pocket pc users, will have the softwares from Microsoft that is very focused and not half-heartedly made

Now what will be bad is that I'm sure Microsoft is capable of coming out with something that will definitely kick butts... just we won't be seeing that anytime soon.
