Verizon SMT 5800

If you've been waiting for a Windows Mobile device that is pocketable, you don't have to wait much longer. Big Red just came out with this one baby called SMT5800.

It has a sporting a number pad on the outside and full QWERTY slide-out keyboard. The HTC Vox reincrnated will arrive on the 7th, if you want to get it online and 21st in their stores.

The specs isn't the sweetest sound to the ears with 64MB RAM with 128MB ROM. Slot for microSD. EV-DO Rev. A upgradability and the Bluetooth 2.0. The nicest thing of this phone is that it's a nice pocketable pocket PC, but the price is not too... pocketable with $469.99 full price, $344.99 with 1-year and $314.99 for 2-year subscription.

Smile I like the Verizon SMT5800

Got mine yesterday, replacing a PN-820. It is enough like the PN-820 that I am very comfortable with it. Plus it has the slide out keyboard which is a whole lot nicer for texting. So far, I am very pleased with the SMT5800.
