That probably raised some eye browns, but that's what J.D Power and Associates' report has said. In its reports from the 2007 Volume 2, J.D Power and Associates did the study on Wireless Retail Sales Satisfaction.
OK, so it may not include the whole customer service department for the whole corporate but that is a big improvement on Verizon's part. The criteria were sales staff, store display, store facility and price/promotion.

I'm just surprised how well T-Mobile did in the retail settings. I don't know if it only happens where I'm from, but everytime I walk by their Kiosk, I always get harassed by them.
