Google is going to announce the plan within the next few weeks about Google and cellphone networks. Not really sure how it's going to be like and I guess noone really does either.
The Wall Street Journal has said that Google will announced it the next 2 weeks, which could be in forms of hardware + software packages or an open-platform for phones that can let third-party software developers join in.
In another words, things are still up in the air and noone knows a darn thing about it. Except Google and their plans to take over the world.... Just kidding
