Well, we think it's a wrong picture on the server. When we click to enlarge the picture of the Xda Star, it shows an unannounced Xda which looks similar to (unannounced) HTC Polaris.
Back and forth, we don't really have anything solid, but we still expect the Windows Mobile 6.0 with GSM but also UMTS (or HSDPA), Bluetooth, WiFi and 3MP camera.
It doesn't seem like it has a softkey, so.... TouchFlo?
Yes this is actually not new info. The XDA star is the HTC touch II and will include a slide out phone pad. So just thought I would clear that up. O2 with new phone but not really as HTC is just giving them the right to remanufature them.

I think the "leaked" is for the Polaris though, not the Star. The Star was already expected to come out, but Polaris was the picture that pops up when you enlarge the Star's pictures.
