AT&T To Lessen The Termination Fee According To Time Served?

Well, I guess the title is a bit over exaggerated. AT&T is really going to lessen the damages you have to pay according to the time you've been with AT&T. You will no longer have to pay full termination fee.

So the closer you're to the end of the contract, the smaller the fees you'll have to pay. So many people out there are saying that AT&T are doing this to match up with Verizon .... I'll say bull to that...

Last week, T-Mobile got hit with that lawsuit on flat-early-termination fee. Now AT&T's doing it too. I highly doubt that AT&T is doing that to "match" Verizon. If that's the cast, I'm sure their services might be better and their services will also be cheaper?
