Sprint will launch its own original programming. The announcement of the Sprint Executive Entertainment venture says that they will bring original TV content to PowerVision customers for free.
PowerVision customers are the ones with video-phones and plans. Sprint will create two-minute segments on sports, music and entertainment and will have about 150 segments each week.
Although the content is free, the data plan is still required in order to use it.
