Wow... that came out of nowhere. So the California Supreme Court cleared the way to seek a stop of the carrier from collecting early service termniation fees of $200.
It also requires that T-Mobile will unlock their phones so that customers can use their phones with other providers.
Well... that's kind of weird, since T-Mobile will give you the unlock code and instructions on how to do it after 90 days, but Apple's iPhone on the other hand.... Anyway, at least you won't have to pay the $200 termination fee anymore! If you're in California though
