Microsoft has recently file for a patent on their new interface. Although its difficult to say if a patent application idea will ever make it to production, given the circumstances and the environment of mobile communication today, we might just see this one blossom. Maybe we’ll see this in the next offering of windows mobile known as Photon. Time will tell.
