Well, I guess AT&T isn't big enough. They are looking to expand themselves overseas, specifically India.
If you didn't know, India's market for handsets and cellular service has just skyrocketed passing ours. Now, they're sitting in second place in the world.
From the report, the company is currently "seeking a license to offer mobile services in India,". Although India is just 2G, but it could offer 3G for India if things turn around in AT&T's favor.
AT&T is not only focusing on one region though, the report also said that AT&T is also looking at Asian and Middle Eastern markets too!
