Rogers Offer Free Windows Mobile 6 Upgrade For HTC s621

HTC s621 is a Windows Mobile Smartphone but it has no touchscreen. It does have WiFi support and EDGE. It also has supports for big-capacity SDHC cards.

Does anyone know if the Rogers WM6 upgrade for the S621 will work on a UK T-Mobile MDA Mail.
Do I risk killing my device if I run the upgrade?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
