The Governor lays the law: No phone use while driving

California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has band using your mobile phone will driving but only for youngsters under 21 of age. US drivers between the ages of 16 to 19 are reportedly four times more likely to have a fatal accident as oppose to those who are between the ages of 25 to 69. By banning cellphone use, the Governor hopes to reduce the likelihood of a fatal accident for teens. In the UK, about 10 people a day die from car accidents related to daily distractions. Hopefully the new ban will help Californian teens.
