Market analyst iSuppli has reported that the iPhone has grabed 1.8 per cent of all US smartphone sales for the month of July, outselling all other smartphones during that month. The report also states that about a quarter of all iPhone buyers were not originally AT&T customers. iSuppli forecasts that Apple will shift 4.5 million iPhones before the end of this year, and 30 million by 2011. Time will tell just how successful the iPhone will really get.
