Imagine having no control over your own cell phone! This is the reality three families are faced with from the state of Washington. The unknown individual has been able to call them with threatening messages originating from other family members cell phones, has been able to shut off their phones, send texts, and even change their ring tone to say “answer your phone!” Imagine getting a call in the middle of the night with that kind of ring tone! Be careful who gets your number, scary stuff.
