Taoyuan, Taiwan, R.O.C. June 6, 2007 - High Tech Computer Corp. (TAIEX: 2498) today announced its total revenues for May 2007 were NT$ 7,992 million, down 4.13% YoY, while total revenues from January to May 2007 were NT$ 40,684 million, up 1.85% YoY. The May revenue decline was due to inventory adjustment from the clients and is within the company's anticipation.
It will be interesting if HTC sales will be hurt by the iPhone. Only time will tell as we get closer and closer to the release date. But HTC does have some tricks up their sleeves such as their HTC TouchFLO technology, and the new HTC Touch.
