A spokesperson for AT&T (Cingular) mentioned a free Windows Mobile 6 upgrade to three current and popular devices, the Samsung BlackJack, Cingular 8525, and the Treo 750. As for the Cingular 8125 and 3125 it doesn’t look like there are any plans for a software upgrade. Still no word on when the upgrade will be released but this is good enough news to keep us happy for a little while longer.
I have a CINGULAR 8525 but it is unlocked and i am not on the CINGULAR network. Do you think when Windows Mobile 6 is available that somebody will post it?

You don't have to be a Cingular subcriber to download an upgrade, well, unless they change the policy.
